Successful virtual meeting organized by AMMPE Italia
A large audience had the first meeting “The challenges in the field coverage of news related to Covid 19” told in the first person by journalists Karla Siles, Nicaraguan, correspondent for Radio Corporación and independent media of Costa Rica, and Mariana Diaz, Chilean, European correspondent for Canal 13 and La Tercera in Chile.
The virtual dialogue was about the difficulties of journalistic work in times of pandemic, fake news, and at the same time, a deep reflection was made about the role of journalism in the evolution of post Covid 19 society.
The event had the active participation of AMMPE World members from Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Spain, Great Britain, Italy, Mexico and Panama.
This zoom was organized by AMMPE Italy and moderated by AMMPE World´s President, Patricia Mayorga.
